    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for providing advice and/or services to a consumer including the secure electronic storage of rich private personal data preferably held on behalf of persons or entities. The system provides the applications, processes, controls and data management services to collect, transfer, store and selectively retrieve data necessary to perform specified planning and decision support activities, that have been integrated with the secure data store.
