  • Publication number: 20220358802
Abstract: Embodiments relate to enhanced auditing features for administration of remote electronic keys. An electronic key delivers electrical power to an electronic lock to energize circuitry thereof. The electrical power may energize an electric motor or solenoid. Based on access control information associated with the electronic key, an unlocking signal is conveyed from the electronic key that causes the electronic lock to change from a locked state to an unlocked state, thereby permitting a user of the key to access one or more resources secured by the lock. The electronic key stores details related to the unlocking event in memory sites. In some aspects, the electronic key broadcasts a message via a wireless wide area network (WWAN). The message may include a request to establish a WWAN communications link with an access control server located away from the electronic key.

  • Patent number: 11423723
Abstract: Embodiments relate to enhanced access control features based on proximity between a portable electronic key and an electronic locking device. The portable electronic key receives first authentication information from an access administration device. Based on the portable electronic key being located within a threshold distance to the electronic locking device, the portable electronic key receives second authentication information from the access administration device. In some aspects, determining whether the key is located within the threshold distance to the electronic locking device comprises detecting a communication between the locking device and the portable electronic key. The portable electronic key may initiate an unlocking event at the electronic locking device based on the first authentication information and the second authentication information.

  • Patent number: 11367343
Abstract: Methods and systems relating to administration of access credentials for electronic access control are disclosed. Web resources are provided for rendering a webpage including an access credential. A server device receives an access instruction authorizing a user to access an electronic lock associated with the access credential. A client device of the user transmits a first request for the access credential. The first request may be generated by a browser application of the client device. The server device provides the web resources and a browser cookie to the client device. Responsive to subsequent requests for the access credential, the server device determines whether the client device is authorized to receive the access credential based on the client device providing the browser cookie. When the server device determines that a subsequent request authorizes the client device to receive the access credential, the web resources are provided to the browser application.

  • Publication number: 20220081268
Abstract: A tractor trailer jacking assembly f includes a plurality of jacks that is each mounted on a bottom of a tractor trailer. Each of the jacks is positionable in an extended position to engage the ground to inhibit the tractor trailer from tipping. A control circuit is mounted on a semi tractor and the control circuit detects the speed of the semi tractor. A gyroscope unit is mounted on the semi tractor to detect a degree and a direction to which the semi tractor is tipping. The control circuit actuates the respective jacks into the deployed position on a corresponding side of the tractor trailer when the gyroscope unit detects the semi tractor has tipped beyond a pre-determined angle of tilt.

  • Patent number: 10702773
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for a computer-implemented method of providing an interactive avatar that reacts to a communication from a communicating party. Data from an avatar characteristic table is provided to an avatar action model, where the avatar characteristic table is a data structure stored on a computer-readable medium that includes values for a plurality of avatar personality characteristics. A communication with the avatar is received from the communicating party. A next state for the avatar is determined using the avatar action model, where the avatar action model determines the next state based on the data from the avatar characteristic table, a current state for the avatar, and the communication. The next state for the avatar is implemented, and the avatar characteristic table is updated based on the communication from the communicating party, where a subsequent state for the avatar is determined based on the updated avatar characteristic table.
