Abstract: A cassette tape rack construction including a backboard adapted for being readily mounted, for example, on the interior door panel of an automobile at a predetermined elevation generally below the door arm rest member and having a plurality of individual pockets or compartments. Each pocket being configured for providing an individual cassette storage compartment protruding outwardly from the backboard to enable selective positional/compartment storage of one or more cassettes and to facilitate visual and/or tactile location retrieval of a desired cassette tape.
