    Abstract: An assembly is provided for an aircraft propulsion system. This assembly includes a bladed rotor and a thrust vectoring exhaust nozzle. The bladed rotor is rotatable about an axis. The thrust vectoring exhaust nozzle is configured to direct gas propelled by the bladed rotor out of the aircraft propulsion system along a first direction during a first mode and along a second direction during a second mode. The first direction is parallel with the axis or angularly offset from the axis by no more than five degrees. The second direction is angularly offset from the axis by at least seventy-five degrees. The thrust vectoring exhaust nozzle has a first exit area during the first mode and a second exit area during the second mode that is greater than the first exit area.

A low speed turbine and a low speed compressor are connected by a low speed shaft to define a low speed spool. A high speed tower shaft is driven by the high speed spool and a low speed tower shaft is driven by the low speed spool. The low speed tower shaft drives a low speed input gear in an accessory drive differential. The high speed tower shaft drives a high speed input gear in the accessory drive differential. One of the high speed input gear and the low speed input gear increases an output speed of an output gear, and the other decreases an output speed of the output gear. The output gear drives at least one accessory for the gas turbine engine.

A first flow splitter divides flow between the bypass flow path and a second duct. A row of guide vanes extends in the radial direction across the bypass flow path. A bypass port interconnects the intermediate and bypass flow paths. A method of operation for a gas turbine engine is also disclosed.
