Abstract: "A hand held and operated, portable, wand type wall sanding machine, powered by a motor. The motor powers a drive chain which produces a reciprocating action that is transmitted to a sanding (work) head located at the apex of said wand. The wand is adjustable, in length, so that high areas, as well as low areas, of the wall can be sanded, while the operator is standing on the floor. The sanding (work) head, or other interchangeable attachment, at the apex of the wand, is used to accomplish a specific task.
