    Abstract: A method of making a multi-port nozzle having multiple tubular ports for dispensing liquids is provided. The method involves introducing a molten polymer composition into a connector device mounted on a die plate. The connector device has a plurality of plastic tubes projecting therefrom. The molten composition surrounds and bonds to the tubes. Subsequently, the connector device having tubes attached thereto can be removed from the die plate. The resulting connector nozzle can be used to discharge liquids in various applications such as industrial coating operations.
