Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for managing care gaps associated with a member are provided. The method may include determining a plurality of current gaps-in-care for the member, where each of the plurality of current gaps-in-care for the member is defined as a difference between a current health-related behavior of the member and a guideline behavior for the member; determining for each of the plurality of current gaps-in-care for the member a potential expected value to be captured by reducing the difference; selecting a current gap-in-care from among the plurality of gaps-in-care as a gap-to-address, where the current gap-in-care is selected based on having a higher potential value as compared to at least one other gap-in-care among the plurality of gaps-in-care; and communicating one or more actions for the member to take in connection with at least partially closing the gap-in-care.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for observing member behavior and managing a care gap associated with the member are proided that include: determining a current gap-in-care for the member by: receiving an electronic record associated with the member that describes a current health-related behavior of the member; receiving guideline behavior for the member supported by a professional clinical recommendation; and determining a difference between the current health-related behavior of the member and the guideline behavior for the member. Some examples of the system, method, and apparatus may include determining, for a current gap-in-care for the member, actions that, if followed, are capable of at least partially closing the current gap-in-care within a clinically-defined period of time for the member; determining an impact associated with at least partially closing the current gap-in-care for the member according to the actions; and providing a communication to the member that describes the actions.

Abstract: Architecture that operates in combination with an integrated search framework to derive user intent associated with a search query, and then based on the derived intent, choose the search method: a local search on the current local device from which the search is initiated, a non-local search of data sources other than the local device, or both the local search and the non-local search. The query context can be derived to more effectively assess the query intent. The architecture employs predictive models trained with candidate features that enable the prediction of a singular intent (or degree of intent) in the integrated search environment. The models can be trained using historical and real-time features. A classifier is trained using the features. The user intent is then derived based on the classifier output and the search is performed accordingly.

Abstract: Systems and methods for cost-based fulfillment tie breaking are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method may include receiving an indication of an order for an item stocked in a plurality of fulfillment centers, where a difference between a cost of fulfilling the order with one of the plurality of fulfillment centers and a cost of fulfilling the order with another one of the plurality of fulfillment centers is within a specified amount. The method may also include selecting a given one of the plurality of fulfillment centers to fulfill the order based, at least in part, upon expected costs corresponding to inventory positions that would result from fulfilling the order with each of the plurality of fulfillment centers.

Abstract: In a multipurpose container, a primary receptacle defines an interior area, and includes a top portion, a bottom surface and upstanding sidewalls extending from the bottom surface. At least one compartment is removably attached to the exterior surface of the upstanding sidewalls. A lid is provided and is removably attached to the top section of the primary receptacle, to enclose the interior area. A cushion is attached to the lid, and allows the multipurpose container to be used as a seat.
