Abstract: Substituted aminoketals of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 are various organic radicals andR.sup.2 may also be hydrogen,are fungicidally active. Some of the compounds are new.

Abstract: Halogenopropargylformamides of the formula ##STR1## in which R is hydrogen, alkyl, halogenoalkyl, cycloalkyl, halogenoalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, halogenoalkinyl, optionally substituted aralkyl and optionally substituted aryl, andHal is halogen.which possess fungicidal and bactericidal properties.

Abstract: Novel substituted azolylalkyl pyridinyl ethers of the formula ##STR1## in which Az represents 1,2,4-triazolyl or imidazolyl,B represents the keto or the CH(OH) group,Y represents halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphonyl, halogenoalkyl, nitro, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl or optionally substituted phenylR represents optionally substituted aryl or the groupings ##STR2## wherein R.sup.1 represents optionally substituted aryl,X.sup.1 represents halogen andX.sup.2 represents hydrogen and halogen, andn represents the numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3,and their acid addition salts and metal salt complexes, are outstandingly effective as fungicides.

Abstract: 1,2,4-Triazol-1-yl-methyl-carbinols of the formula ##STR1## in which Ar is optionally substituted aryl, andHet is optionally substituted heteroaryl with at least 2 different hetero-atoms,or addition products thereof with plant-tolerated acids or metal salts, which possess fungicidal activity.

Abstract: Fungicidally active novel cyclic azolylvinyl ethers of the formula ##STR1## in which A is a nitrogen atom or the CH group,Ar is optionally substituted phenyl,R.sup.1 to R.sup.6 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl, andn is 0 to 1, or addition products thereof with acids or metal salts.

Abstract: Novel substituted tetrahydrothiopyran-3,5-dione-4-carboxamide fungicides of the formula ##STR1## in which R is alkyl, cycloalkyl, optionally substituted aralkyl or optionally substituted aryl,R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl, andR.sup.4 is alkyl,excepting the compounds in whichR.sup.1 and R.sup.3 are hydrogenR.sup.4 is methyl,R is alkyl, phenyl or phenyl which is substituted by halogen and/or methyl, andR.sup.2 is hydrogen, or methyl.Many of the intermediates are also new.

Abstract: Synergistic fungicidal compositions comprising(i) a substituted 1-hydroxyethyl-triazole of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, X, Y and A have various meanings, or addition products thereof with acids or metal salts, and(ii) at least one of(A) wettable sulphur,(B) a polyhalogenoalkylthio derivative,(C) a quanidine derivative,(D) an aromatic acid lactone,(E) a dithiocarbamate,(F) a benzimidazole derivative,(G) an imidazole or triazole derivative,(H) a phosphoric acid ester,(I) a tetrahydroquinoline derivative,(J) an S, N-heterocyclic compound,(K) a urea derivative,(L) a sulphonamide derivative,(M) a polyhydroxyether derivative,(N) a triazine derivative,(O) a copper-hydroxy quinoline complex,(P) an N-formul derivative,(Q) a morpholine derivative,(R) a quinoxaline derivative, and(S) a dicarboxamide derivative.

Abstract: Combating fungi with a 3-cycloalkyl-1-(1,3-dioxan-5-yl)-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-propan-1-one or -propan-1-ol of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is optionally substituted cycloalkyl,R.sup.2 is hydrogen or alkyl,R.sup.3 is hydrogen or alkyl andX is ##STR2## or a plant-tolerated addition product with an acid or metal salt.

Abstract: Fungicidally active novel hydroxyethylazolyl-oxime derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which Ar is optionally substituted aryl,R.sup.1 is hydrogen or alkyl,R.sup.2 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, optionally substituted aralkyl or optionally substituted cycloalkylalkyl, andX is a nitrogen atom or the CH group,and addition products thereof with acids and metal salts.
