  • Publication number: 20180279444
Abstract: [Problem] There is provided a method of manufacturing an electroluminescence (EL) device which can apply a pattern to a base substance having a curved surface with high productivity. [Solution means] There are included a step (A) of selecting a substrate; a step (B) of applying a base backplane film layer upon said substrate; a step (C) of applying a dielectric film layer upon said backplane film layer; a step (D) of applying a phosphor film layer upon said dielectric film layer; and a step (E) of applying a transparent electrode film layer upon said phosphor film layer, wherein said backplane film layer, said dielectric film layer, said phosphor film layer and said transparent electrode film layer each are applied by spray coating; and further comprising the step of (F) forming a decorative pattern layer by water pressure transfer method on at least one portion between said phosphor layer formed by the step (D) and said electric film layer formed by the step (E).

  • Publication number: 20090115236
Abstract: A vehicle seat assembly is disclosed for use in a vehicle having a removable stowable panel. The seat includes a seat body having a seat bottom and a reclinable seat back. A trim component is supported on the seat body and hangs in a downward direction behind the seat body and is free to move in a direction rearward of the seat body. A receiving member is supported by the trim component such that the receiving member is disposed below a bottom portion of the seat back and moves rearward as the trim component moves rearward. The trim component and the receiving member permit the end of the removable panel to move partially away from the seat body as the seat is reclined when the removable panel is stowed on the vehicle seat assembly.

  • Publication number: 20090108639
Abstract: A load floor system for use with a vehicle seat having a seat bottom and a seat back connected to the seat bottom includes a load floor member adapted for pivotal connection to the seat back and configured to move between a stowed position and a deployed position when the load floor member is pivotally connected to the seat back. The load floor member may be substantially horizontal and disposed above and spaced apart from a floor surface of the vehicle when in the deployed position. A support member supports the load floor member when the load floor member is in the deployed position.

  • Publication number: 20080030039
Abstract: A planar member connected to, and disposed behind, a vehicle seat assembly having a seat back and seat bottom, the planar member moveable between a first position adjacent the seat back and a second position adjacent a floor of a vehicle. The planar member has an upper and lower section connected to each other. The upper section is moveable between a first position and a second position. The upper section is adjacent the seat back when the planar member and upper section are in their respective first positions. The upper section forms a shelf when the planar member is in the first position and the upper section is in the second position. The upper section is perpendicular to, and forms a compartment within a cavity in the floor of the vehicle when the planar member and the upper section are in their respective second positions.
