Abstract: Disclosed is an outdoor cooking appliance with ductwork that directs heat and smoke more evenly in the cook chamber of the appliance. For example, the ductwork can extend from the heat source of the appliance and direct the smoke to openings in rack holders that then dispel the smoke into the cook chamber more evenly. The burn pot assembly can also be segregated from the grease pan to avoid the potential for grease fires.

Abstract: An assembly for supporting and retracting machine cables, thereby protecting operational components attached to machine cables. A cable organization system includes at least one modular cable management module fixed to a mounting plate that allows mounting of the cable organization system to a machine or other surface. The system has clamps which secure machine cables. The clamps are supported on top of pivoting guide tubes. The cable management modules contain retraction systems which retract the machine cable clamps from an extended position. By utilizing retracting cable clamps on pivoting guide tubes, the system allows the use of operational components attached to secured machine cables, and organizes the machine cables, so that the machine cables do not extend out into the floor around the machine. The system redirects pulling force on the machine cables, so that operational components do not get pulled onto the floor if a passerby catches on a machine cable.

Abstract: Vacuum distillation apparatus and methods are provided. In an embodiment, an apparatus is provided that includes an evaporation chamber having a bottom flow rate control (FRC) surface that is curved to provide multiple flow rates to a solution as it flows across the bottom surface. The apparatus also includes a wiper that is curved to match the curve of the bottom FRC surface and wipes the bottom FRC surface to distribute the solution. A heater heats the bottom FRC surface to evaporate one or more components from the moving solution.

The heat exchanger is adapted to allow passage of the heat from the combusted fuel while preventing passage of the other products of combustion into the cooking air stream. The blower is further adapted to supply the heated cooking airstream through the heat exchanger to the cooking chamber to cook foodstuff disposed therein while the other products of combustion are not supplied to the cooking chamber.
