Abstract: A conference schedule system that implements automated privacy controls for a schedule view of a shared conference space digital calendar. The conference schedule system determines an identity of a person viewing a display screen configured to display a schedule view of a digital calendar associated with a shared conference space, accesses event permissions associated with an event schedule for the shared conference space, and modifies a selective output of information associated with the event in the schedule view displayed at the display screen based on the event permissions and the identity of the person.

Abstract: A first image of a first video stream and a second image of a second video stream are displayed at a device. The first video stream and the second video stream are video streams of a video conference. A stitching image is identified in preview images received from a camera of the device. The stitching image is transmitted to a conferencing software associated with the video conference.

In response to determining that the information details of the planned meeting matches the common information details, the same virtual background of the virtual background selection rule is used for display during the planned meeting.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a contextual comparison engine for historical record search and review is provided. In an aspect, a method may include receiving a search request including one or more properties and processing a plurality of historical records. The method may also include identifying a first historical record, wherein the first historical record has a first plurality of characteristics correlated with the one or more properties, identifying a second historical record, wherein the second historical record has a second plurality of characteristics correlated with at least one of the one or more properties or at least one characteristic of the first plurality of characteristics, and generating a correlation between the first plurality of and the second plurality of characteristics. A result including the correlation between the first historical record and the second historical record may be transmitted to a first client device.

The computer identifies a difference between the background imagery and the reference image. A test pattern is output to the display within the physical space. Using a camera within the physical space, a test image of the physical space is captured while the test pattern is output to the display. A determination is then made as to whether the display is in a fail state by comparing the test image against a reference image depicting an expected illumination of the physical space according to the test pattern. Where the device is determined to be in a fail state, a notification indicating the fail state is transmitted to an administrator device to alert an administrator associated therewith of the fail state.

Abstract: A computing device outputs, to a display of the computing device during a video conference, remotely-generated visual data obtained from at least one remote device and camera-generated visual data captured using a camera of the computing device. The computing device identifies, within the camera-generated visual data, a reflection of at least a portion of data displayed at the display of the computing device. The computing device modifies the camera-generated visual data to remove the reflection. The computing device outputs, to the display of the computing device during the video conference, the modified camera-generated visual data. The computing device transmits the modified camera-generated visual data to the at least one remote device for display thereat during the video conference.
