Abstract: The present disclosure relates in certain aspects, to compositions and methods for stabilizing analytes of interest in an oral fluid. In another aspect, the present disclosure relates to sequestering and/or isolating analytes of interest from an oral fluid. In another aspect, the present disclosure relates to methods of detecting or quantifying the amount of an analyte of interest in an oral fluid. In another aspect, the present disclosure relates to devices and kits for the same. In certain embodiments, the analytes of interest are drugs of addiction, including tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
