  • Publication number: 20240097236
Abstract: Provided in this disclosure is a passive internal cooling system for a battery pack. First and second stacking frames are provided, each having mating structures for engaging and retaining the first and second stacking frames to each other. Each of the first and second stacking frames are configured for substantially surrounding and enclosing a surface of a battery module for retaining one or more batteries. One or more TRS pouches are enclosed between the first and second stacking frames. The TRS pouch(es) includes a thermally cooling fluid that ruptures into the battery module from heat produced in a thermal runaway event in the battery module.

  • Publication number: 20240097237
Abstract: Provided in this disclosure is a battery pack system including battery modules each including battery cells. An air-tight, sealed enclosure retains the battery modules. A battery manager controls operation of each of the battery modules. One or more thermal runaway shield (TRS) pouches are associated with each of the battery modules. The TRS pouches include a thermally cooling fluid that ruptures into the battery module from heat produced in a thermal runaway event in the battery module. A pressure monitoring sensor detects an increase in air pressure within the sealed enclosure associated with gas released from the thermal runaway event in the battery cells in the battery modules. A communication component transmits a pressure signal from the pressure monitoring sensor to the battery manager for implementing a subsequent management step of the battery pack system.

  • Patent number: 10822815
Abstract: The circular perforated drywall tape comprises a joint tape, a pipe, and a drywall panel. The drywall panel further comprises a pipe aperture. The pipe passes through the pipe aperture. The circular perforated drywall tape seals the joint between the drywall panel and the pipe. The circular perforated drywall tape is perforated such that a removable knock out sizes the joint tape to match the size of the joint between the drywall panel and the pipe.

  • Publication number: 20200152305
Abstract: A method and system for increasing compliance with a prescribed treatment protocol is provided. The system includes a network operating over one or more servers configured to provide a portal that supports interactions with healthcare practitioners and their patients. The network is configured to receive a first plurality of real-time data associated with one or more patients in order to generate a prescribed treatment protocol. The network is further configured to provide a second plurality of real-time data associated with medication, supplements, and other applicable information relating to the prescribed treatment protocol. The network performs one or more analysis functions based on the pluralities of data in order to provide analytic and micro-analytic data relating to compliance with the prescribed treatment protocol to the healthcare practitioner and/or the one or more patients.
