Abstract: A method of conducting business transactions on a networked system includes receiving buyer registration information from a prospective buyer, including information describing a purchasing interest. Seller information is also received which includes information describing an offer being proffered by a prospective seller. At least some of the buyer information describing the purchasing interest and at least some of the seller information describing the offer being proffered are selectively matched. In response to a match, an executable message is transmitted to the prospective buyer with the description of the offer and which allows the prospective buyer to accept or decline the offer.
