  • Publication number: 20210009486
Abstract: The present disclosure provides assemblies for producing linear alpha olefins and methods for producing linear alpha olefins. In at least one embodiment, a method for producing a linear alpha olefin includes oligomerizing an olefin in the presence of a catalyst and a process solvent in at least one reactor, quenching the reactor effluent, and subjecting the quenched effluent to separation steps to obtain a stream enriched in one or more linear alpha olefins.

  • Publication number: 20080067312
Abstract: A modular rigging system is provided for accommodating a plurality of displays in an array and can be attachable to a substrate. The system can comprise at least one rigging rail that can be attached to a rear section of the display and a mounting interface that can attach the rigging rail to the structure. The rigging rails and the mounting interface can each be configured to allow adjustability of the system, such as providing for the tilt, angular orientation, and/or rotation of the displays attached to the rigging system.

  • Patent number: 7145049
Abstract: Alkenes, such as normal butenes in a mixed C4 stream are oligomerized, preferably to dimers, which are dimerized in a distillation column reactor over ZSM-57 zeolite catalyst at high conversions and high selectivity to octenes. Prior to oligomerization the mixed C4 stream is pretreated to remove dimethyl ether, butadienes and sulfur compounds.
