  • Patent number: 8175909
Abstract: An integrated, service-based approach to profitable customer loyalty, in which feedback related to an implicated product/process is received from at least two users. The feedback received from the users is aggregated and analyzed to identify the implicated product/process. It is determined whether the aggregated feedback received from the users reaches a threshold level with respect to one or more of the implicated product/process identified. If the threshold level is determined to have been reached, an aspect of the implicated product/process that is related to the aggregated feedback is identified and the identified aspect of the product/process is modified based on the aggregated feedback.

  • Patent number: 5940637
Abstract: A photographic film cartridge is disclosed comprising a housing with an outer surface, and a time and temperature integrating device for providing a visually observable indication of cumulative thermal exposure on the outer surface, wherein the time and temperature integrating device is thin enough so as to not interfere with performance of the cartridge in a photographic camera and comprises a thermally sensitive image-forming area and indicating indicia in association with the image-forming area for indicating when the film cartridge has been exposed to a predetermined cumulative thermal exposure.

  • Patent number: 5008538
Abstract: A universally adaptable corona charger apparatus of simplified construction which is replaceable by an unskilled operator and is inexpensive so that discarding the apparatus when it is no longer useful is cost justified. The corona charger apparatus comprises a conductive corona wire, a generally U-shaped conductive shield, a generally U-shaped non-conductive housing, and a pair of non-conductive end caps. The housing is formed with integral features which retain and accurately space the shield within the housing, locate and properly tension the corona wire, locate and support a grid if required, support electrical terminals for the corona wire and grid, retain and locate the end caps, and enable the assembled apparatus to be accurately located by an unskilled operator. By use of the integral features, the corona charger apparatus is substantially simpified with a concomitant reduction in its cost.
