Publication number: 20250303431Abstract: A mist is generated by an ultrasonic misting nozzle device including an ultrasonic transducer, a control unit, and a housing. The control unit operates to control the ultrasonic transducer. The housing includes a liquid inlet, a drain outlet, a mist opening, and a collection chamber. The liquid inlet is connected to the collection chamber bottom periphery, the drain outlet connects to the collection chamber top, and the collection chamber bottom is adjacent and above the ultrasonic transducer, which is adjacent and above the mist opening. In example embodiments, the collection chamber is tapered with a larger bottom than top, and the liquid inlet has a smaller cross-sectional area than the drain outlet.
