    Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to wound dressing compositions that include a ?-glucan which can stimulate an immunomodulatory effect on cells within a wound, increase the healing rate of a wound, and stimulate the healing of recalcitrant wounds. The wound dressing includes a mixture of a collagen, a polysaccharide, and a ?-glucan. Also disclosed herein are methods for use of the wound dressing as well as kits including the wound dressings of the present technology.
