  • Patent number: 10693119
Abstract: An accumulator, specifically a small accumulator, comprises at least two positive electrodes, each with a contact terminal, and at least two negative electrodes, each with a contact terminal. The accumulator further comprises at least one contacting device having at least one contacting element which is arranged between two adjoining contact terminals and interconnects said two adjoining contact terminals in an electrically conductive manner. The accumulator further comprises a housing, which entirely accommodates the at least two positive electrodes, the at least two negative electrodes and the at least one contacting device. The accumulator comprises at least one cladding structure, which encloses the at least one contacting device.

  • Publication number: 20160190607
Abstract: The present invention concerns an electrochemical cell of a layered electrode structure, oppositely poled electrode layers being arranged such that they are physically kept at a distance from one another by separator layers. The cells comprise a first housing part, which defines an interior volume and is designed in such a way that at the same time it forms an output conductor for a first electrode pole. It also comprises a pin, which extends from the outside into the interior volume and is designed in such a way that it forms an output conductor for a second electrode pole. The cell according to the invention also comprises an insulation, which insulates the first housing part electrically from the pin, and the electrode layers in the interior volume being in physical contact with their corresponding output conductors in such a way that there is a mechanical pretensioning between the electrode layers and the corresponding output conductor.

  • Patent number: 8697278
Abstract: A battery cell casing comprises a first casing element (1) with a first contact surface (7) and a second casing element (2) with a second contact surface (8). In an assembled position the first and second contact surfaces (7, 8) contact each other and the first and second casing elements (1, 2) encase active materials (9, 10) of a battery cell in an interior space. At least one seal layer is arranged between the first and second contact surfaces (7, 8) to seal the interior space, wherein one of first and second contact surface (7; 8) comprises a void volume layer and the other of first and second contact surface (7; 8) comprises a formable material layer, which fills voids on a surface of the void volume layer hermetically in the assembled position and forms the seal layer.

  • Patent number: 4658151
Abstract: The circuit element contains inside a cup-shaped plastic housing (3) a gas-tight primary battery (B) and a wiring arrangement which is arranged next to the battery (B) in the hollow space (3') of the housing and which comprises semiconductor switching elements (D.sub.1, Tr) and conductor connections (8, 13/13', 15, 16). The battery (B) and wiring arrangement are hermetically disposed in the housing (3) as a result of a casting compound (19).The switching element is provided with plug-in pins (13/13', 16) which are brought out to its surface and which can be directly soldered into a circuit board. Switching elements of this type can be used especially as backup voltage source for memory systems of the non-self-holding type.
