The first bin is configured to be raised from the main frame. The transport vehicle includes a second assembly that includes a second lifting frame that has a portion that at least partially raises from the main frame. The second assembly includes a second bin connected to the second lifting frame. The second bin is configured to be raised from the main frame. The transport vehicle includes a hydraulic system in communication with the first and second assemblies. The hydraulic system allows operation of only one of the first and second assemblies at a time.
