    Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for forming concrete. In some embodiments the method includes conveying water vapor through cement powder. The cement powder can be hydrated such that a crystalline structure is formed. The concrete formed by the methods disclosed herein can possess advantageous physical properties such as increased strength, hardness, lower cost, lower processing times, etc.
