    Abstract: An apparatus for securely and removably attaching an apparatus for adjusting the hydrodynamics of a watercraft is provided. The apparatus is attached to the watercraft by an elastic cord. One or more flow resistance members are removably attached to the cord. The cord is looped in a configuration that allows for infinite length/size adjustment. A closure for forming the loop can be released, allowing the user to add or subtract resistance members to achieve a desired resistance.
