  • Publication number: 20100011009
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring document conformance is disclosed. The method may include populating a database with data indicative of contents of a plurality of documents, the plurality of documents including a first document associated with a first supplying entity located at a first facility and a second document associated with a second supplying entity located at a second facility. • Publication number: 20090276669
Abstract: A method is disclosed for correcting misdirected Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs). In one embodiment, the method receives, from a product supplier, a first set of data associated with an ASN, where the first set of data includes an ASN receiving facility identifier. The method also determines a Purchase Order (PO) that is associated with the ASN, where the PO includes a second set of data. The method further compares one or more fields of the first set of data with one or more fields of the second set of data. In addition, the method determines if the ASN was misdirected based on the comparison, and corrects the ASN, when it is determined that the ASN was misdirected.

  • Publication number: 20080208780
Abstract: A system for evaluating documents may include a memory location for storing one or more software modules, and a processor for executing the one or more software modules. The one or more software modules may be configured to perform a method. The method may include receiving a baseline record and a potentially matching record. The method may also include identifying baseline record data, and identifying potentially matching record data. The method may further include comparing the baseline record data with the potentially matching record data using matching criteria. The method may also include calculating a score for the potentially matching record based on rank values and weight factors associated with the matching criteria. The score may be a measure of similarity between the baseline record data and the potentially matching record data. The method may further include determining whether a match exists between the baseline record and the potentially matching record based on the score.
