  • Patent number: 11906515
Abstract: A multiplexed lateral flow device includes an impermeable internal reservoir having an opening to receive a sample deposition. A fluid distributor pad is arranged in fluid communication with a lower surface of the internal reservoir. The fluid distributor pad includes a paper based microfluidic element having a pattern of a hydrophobic material to distribute a portion of the sample deposition substantially equally among a plurality of flow paths. Lateral flow assays having a plurality of flow lines are aligned with flow paths of the distributor pad. An impermeable top cover has a first window arranged over the opening of the internal reservoir, and at least a second window arranged over the test results of the lateral flow assays. A housing element houses the reservoir, the distributor pad and lateral flow assays.

  • Patent number: 11635749
Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing factory scheduling, layout or both which represent active factory elements (human and machine) as computational objects and simulate factory operation to optimize a solution. This enables the efficient assembly of customized products, accommodates variable demand, and mitigates unplanned events (floor blockages, machines/IMRs/workcell/workers downtime, variable quantity, location, and destination of supply parts).

  • Patent number: 11549943
Abstract: A multiplexed lateral flow assay device includes an impermeable internal reservoir having an opening to receive a sample deposition. A fluid distributor pad is arranged in fluid communication with a lower surface of the internal reservoir and divides a portion of the sample deposition substantially equally among a plurality of flow paths. Lateral flow assays having a plurality of flow lines are aligned with flow paths of the distributor pad. An impermeable paper top cover has a first window arranged over the opening of the internal reservoir, and at least a second window arranged over the test results of the lateral flow assays. A housing element houses the reservoir, the distributor pad and lateral flow assays. The housing element includes an impermeable bottom cover and a spacer element arranged between the top and bottom covers and, provides a gap between the lateral flow assays and the impermeable paper top cover.

  • Patent number: 11484593
Abstract: This invention relates to atroipsomers of reduced tetraphenylporphyrin derivatives with halogen atoms (F, Cl, Br) in the ortho positions of the phenyl groups, particularly halogenated tetraphenylchlorins and halogenated tetraphenylbacteriochlorins, which can be used in photodynamic therapy. According to the formulae of the invention, the ortho-phenyl substituents X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7 and X8 may be identical or different and represent halogen atoms or hydrogen atoms, provided that at least all of X2, X4, X6 and X8 are halogens, and the meta-phenyl substituents R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently chosen from —OH, —OR or —SO2R?, where R? are each independently chosen from —Cl, —OH, -aminoacid, —OR, —NHR, or —NR2, where R are alkyl of 1 to 12 carbon atoms or R2 represents cycloalkyl with 2 to 12 carbon atoms. The atropisomers of this invention have the majority of the substituents R1, R2, R3 and R4 on the same side of the plane defined by the macrocycle.

  • Patent number: 11347414
Abstract: Telemetry data gathered from active deployed SAN nodes is used to create a machine learning model that predicts storage system performance, e.g. in terms of response time. The telemetry data may be filtered to remove outlier values and less relevant information before creating the training dataset. Engineered features may be created that include types of data that are not present in the telemetry data. For example, data types from the telemetry data may be combined to create engineered features that are more relevant than the individual data types. The engineered features are included in the training dataset. The machine learning model may be used to test possible configurations for a planned SAN node based on expected workload and performance requirements. Outputted data may include satisfactory configurations for a planned storage system.
