The base plate, the first web part, the second web part and the horizontal top part are arranged to form a space that can be filled with concrete. The steel beam further comprises a hollow member arranged inside the space sealed to prevent concrete entering. The hollow member is attached to the frame for preventing movement in relation to the frame.
