Abstract: Exemplary pre-operative electrode-dispensing neuromonitoring gun systems and methods involve the administration of a neuromonitoring electrode to a patient. A system can include a dispensing device and a cartridge. The dispensing device can have a case, a trigger, and a pusher. The cartridge can have a plurality of electrodes. In some cases, an electrode can include two subdermal leads, a posterior connection port or plug, and a casing to house the connection port before placement and to cover the leads upon removal.
