The method comprises a step of inserting a syringe at the first compression site, wherein while the imaging the patient at the first compression site occurs, guiding the syringe to an intersection between the nerve and the tissue, injecting a solution with the syringe at the intersection and dissecting the nerve from the tissue.

The method may further include determining a locus of the headache in the patient, determining one or more nerves associated with the locus of the headache, determining a set of the one or more ligaments or muscle insertions that are associated with the one or more nerves, and injecting the injectable regenerative solution into the determined set of the one or more ligaments or muscle insertions.
