The composition comprises a polycarbonate polymer formed by a melt process; a hexamethylene-bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate] antioxidant; and optionally a phosphite stabilizer. Articles made from the polycarbonate composition have less yellowing at lower amounts compared to other antioxidants.
