The bottom wall has an outer edge extending around a longitudinal axis of the container and a venting device manually operable to define one or more vent holes in the bottom wall. The venting device includes a push member provided with an actuation portion and at least one first hinge adjacent to the actuation portion. The push member is longitudinally movable between an initial proximal position, in which the vent holes are closed by corresponding closing members, and a predetermined distal position, in which the vent holes are open.

The vent holes are arranged around the single actuation portion of the actuating member. Food product can be easily released as one block through the opening, after the container has been unsealed and turned upside down.

The perforation platform is pushable with respect to the body from a resting position to a working position wherein the perforating element perforates the upper surface of the container. The perforation platform presents in resting position a first orientation and presents in working position a second orientation, the first and the second orientation differing by an angle of less than 30° . Also, an assembly and a method of using the assembly are presented.
