    Abstract: In general, devices, systems, and methods for arthroscopic pump saline management are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, a pump system including a pump is configured to manage fluid pumped by the pump to a surgical site during performance of a surgical procedure. The pump system being configured to manage fluid pumped to the surgical site can allow the pump system to manage fluid pressure at the surgical site by monitoring fluid loss at the surgical site. In other embodiments, the pump system being configured to manage fluid pumped to the surgical site can allow the pump system to manage fluid pressure at the surgical site according to a predetermined timing schedule.
