  • Patent number: 8857782
Abstract: A formwork system comprising a supporting girder for the support girders that receives the support of floor slab formwork boards. The upper face of the supporting girder is provided with a plurality of successive housings for receiving the girders, arranged one after another forming a series of housings along the entire length of the upper face without interruption, such that the girders can be transversely arranged and, where appropriate, overlapped with one another for their extension, in any position along the supporting girder. The housings can have identical transverse dimensions, therefore the supporting girders can also be overlapped with one another to extend their length.

  • Publication number: 20140008511
Abstract: A fall protection device including a frame including a vertical stanchion, a boom and a strut, wherein the strut has a male unit extending into an opening formed at a female unit, the units cooperating and sliding with respect to each other at the level of the opening when a compression force is transmitted to an end of the trust. The female unit is provided with housings for respective cylindrical or spherical elements that roll or rotate by friction with the male unit when the male and female units slide with respect to each other, the dimensions of the elements being such that they interfere with the outer profile of the male unit, pressing and causing the successive plastic deformation of the male unit during its movement relative to the female unit.

The invention relates to a formwork system comprising a supporting girder for the support girders that receives the support of floor slab formwork boards. The upper face of said supporting girder is provided with a plurality of successive housings for receiving the girders, arranged one after another forming a series of housings along the entire length of said upper face without interruption, such that the girders can be transversely arranged and, where appropriate, overlapped with one another for their extension, in any position along the supporting girder. The housings furthermore have identical transverse dimensions, therefore the supporting girders can also be overlapped with one another to extend their length.

  • Patent number: 7744054
Abstract: A device to aid the unloading of support elements, the support elements comprising a lower shaft and an upper shaft telescopically coupled to each other. The device includes annular first and second bodies coaxially couplable with each other. Each annular body is provided with a through-hole that allow the upper shaft to extend through the through holes. The upper shaft is also supported by the first annular body using a transversely extending member. The second annular body rests on the lower shaft. An intermediate unloading wedge is positioned between the first and the second annular bodies coupled together, and is able to slide transversally with respect thereto. The sliding of the unloading wedge causes the first annular body and the second annular body to come together or move apart in the longitudinal direction and, therefore, reduce or increase, respectively, the total length of the support element.

  • Publication number: 20090049673
Abstract: A joining device for shuttering panels which features a clamp, supported by a hollow tubular body, manually operable by means of a lever which is articulately joined to the tubular body by means of an articulated joint, the device being equipped with a regulating system which allows said articulated joint to be moved longitudinally along the interior of the tubular body, which incorporates a closing cover of said tubular body equipped with a central hole; a regulating nut, equipped with an operating head and an internally threaded hollow rod which is inserted into the tubular body through the hole in the closing cover; and a bracing bush which prevents the removal of the hollow rod from the interior of the tubular body, the regulating nut being joined to the closing cover by the outward splaying of the mouth of the hollow rod.

  • Publication number: 20080073474
Abstract: A device to aid the unloading of support elements, such as props or falsework comprised of two tubular elements, a lower shaft and an upper shaft, telescopically coupled, the device comprising essentially annular first and second bodies coaxially couplable, each body provided with a through-hole adapted so that when both bodies are duly coupled the upper shaft of the support element can pass through, which can rest on said first body, being able the second body to rest on the lower shaft; and an intermediate unloading wedge, being positioned between both bodies coupled together, able to slide transversally with respect thereto, and so that its sliding causes, when the support element is in a vertical position, the first body and the second body to come together or move apart in the longitudinal direction of the support element and, therefore, reduce or increase, respectively, the total length of the support element.

  • Publication number: 20070164184
Abstract: Prop, extendable by means of the removal of an inner tube coaxially disposed in an outer base tube, equipped with a safety device which prevents the complete separation of both tubes and which comprises connection means between the tubes, which prevent their separation but allow the movement of the lower end of the inner tube between two fixed points, the first of which is disposed on the inside of the base tube, as the second point is determined by the length of said connection means, since the connection means are composed of a thin and elongated connection element, such as a rod, a cable or similar, disposed lengthways on the inside of the base tube, with one end attached thereto and with the opposite end inserted into the inner tube, equipped with a stop block which prevents its removal from the inner tube.

  • Publication number: 20040173405
Abstract: It comprises fastening means of an operator to a fixed part of the construction, which include a harness or safety belt and a snap link; an anchorage element (2), adapted for being inserted into a mass of concrete (3) and remaining solidified to the same after setting, which links the device to said fixed part of the construction; and a stanchion (4) movably coupled at its lower part to said anchorage element and joined at its upper part to a rope (5) which, at its lower end (7) is linked to the said fastening means, and which can turn with respect to the vertical axis (8) of the stanchion. Once the concrete has set, the operator remains firmly fastened with the possibility of moving freely within an essentially circular field of action (24), around said vertical axis.
