The system and method comprises an interface layer comprising electrically conductive nodes to relay a transmission of neural data from the biological neural network to the artificial neural network, the artificial neural network comprising a communication interface to receive the transmission of neural data from the interface layer, a processor to translate the transmission of neural data into an artificial memory data, and a memory to store the artificial memory data.
