  • Publication number: 20110027719
Abstract: The present invention discloses a photomask etching method for a CVD film, which comprises steps: exposing an optical resin layer to an ultraviolet ray through a photomask; baking the optical resin layer to gasify the exposed portion of the optical resin layer with the unexposed portion remaining; using a CVD method to form a film on the substrate filling the gasified area and covering the remaining portion of the optical resin layer; exposing the entire film to the ultraviolet ray, and baking the entire substrate at a high temperature to gasify the remaining optical resin layer and remove the film adhering to the remaining optical resin layer to obtain a patterned film. The present invention can achieve higher accuracy of the patterned film with lower equipment cost and lower manufacturing cost.

  • Publication number: 20090246714
Abstract: A thin film etching method includes the steps of: projecting a ultraviolet light to expose an optical resin layer coated on a substrate through a photo mask; heating the substrate to vaporize the exposed optical resin layer and retain the unexposed optical resin layer; forming a thin film to fill the vaporized portion of the optical resin layer; projecting the ultraviolet light to expose the entire optical resin layer; heating the substrate at a high temperature to vaporize the entire optical resin layer on the substrate to retain the thin film formed with a required graphic pattern. The method can be implemented at lower equipment and production costs and improve precision of the thin film etching.

  • Publication number: 20040246426
Abstract: A pixel arrangement includes a plurality of pixels each having six sides. Each of the pixels having six adjacent pixels. The six sides of each of the pixels are connected to the six adjacent pixels respectively. Thus, each pixel is connected to the six adjacent pixels evenly and uniformly, thereby obtaining a better viewing effect. In addition, the hexagonal pixel arrangement can obtain a viewing effect greater than that of the rectangular pixel arrangement and the circular pixel arrangement.

  • Patent number: 6665026
Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes at least two liquid crystal display units that are stacked up one another. Each liquid crystal display unit comprises, from top to bottom, a first polarizer, a first substrate, a first pile layer, a liquid crystal layer, a second pile layer, a second substrate, and a second polarizer. The liquid crystal layer has a twist angle of zero or greater than zero. All of the first polarizer, the first substrate, the first pile layer, the liquid crystal layer, the second pile layer, the second substrate, and the second polarizer in each said liquid crystal display unit are adhered to each other by means of whole-face bonding by transparent or non-transparent glue. Alternatively, all of the first polarizer, the first substrate, the first pile layer, the liquid crystal layer, the second pile layer, the second substrate, and the second polarizer in each said liquid crystal display unit are adhered to each other by means of peripheral-bonding by transparent or non-transparent glue.
