    Abstract: A hinge structure of the present disclosure to be used with an electrical conductor is provided. The hinge structure comprises a first positioning member, a second positioning member, and at least one electrical conductor. One side of the first positioning member forms a plurality of first fixing portions, the other side has a shaft. The shaft has two openings and a tunnel connecting the two openings for the passage of the electrical conductor. The shaft further forms a slot for receiving the electrical conductor. One side of the second positioning member has a sleeve portion, and the other side has a plurality of second fixing portions. The sleeve portion is rotatively engaged with the shaft, such that the hinge structure of the present disclosure may be reduced its dimensions. Accordingly, the portable electronic device applying the hinge structure may be light-weighted and miniaturized.

    Abstract: A thin plug connector includes an insulator body having a tongue plate protruding from one side thereof, and a pair of holding portions disposed on two opposite ends thereof. A plurality of terminals are disposed on the insulator body with each terminal including a contact portion disposed on the tongue plate and a soldering portion, wherein the soldering portion is disposed on a first side of the insulator body. A metallic casing covers the insulator body, and has a first opening to permit the tongue plate to extend through the first opening to expose the contact portions of the terminals. The first and second side plates respectively cover the first side and the second side opposite the first side. A pair of connecting plates connecting the first and second side plates blocks the holding portions to limit movement of the insulator body in the direction towards the first opening.

A plurality of terminals are inserted into the grooves. Each terminal has a contact portion embedded at one side of the plate, and a soldering portion disposed at a bottom side of the insulator body. A casing has a base plate, a side plate bent from a longitudinal side edge of the base plate and attached to a longitudinal sidewall of the insulator body, and at least one resilient sheet extending through the hole and closer to the mating slot than the hole so that the base plate abuts against the bottom side.

    Abstract: A memory card connector is adapted for electrically connecting a memory card with a printed circuit board. The memory card connector includes an insulating housing having a base board, a plurality of signal terminals disposed in the base board to be soldered to the printed circuit board and contact the memory card, and a monitoring terminal disposed in the base board to be soldered to the printed circuit board. The monitoring terminal includes a monitoring portion and a connecting portion extending from the monitoring portion and tilting upward. A bottom of the monitoring portion defines at least two projections spaced from each other along the extending direction of the monitoring portion. Wherein the connecting portion is adapted for being pressed downward by the memory card to facilitate the projections to electrically contact the printed circuit board.

A plurality of accepting grooves are arranged in the first housing. An inserting groove is opened in the inner side of the accepting groove. The first terminals are accepted in the accepting grooves. A plurality of accepting holes are opened in the second housing. Each of the second terminals includes a welding portion and a base portion. The second terminal is arranged in the second housing. The welding portion projects out from the bottom of the second housing. The second housing is fixed on the bottom of the first housing. While the card connector is welded on a PCB, and the welding portion of the second terminal connects to the PCB, a space is formed between the card connector and the PCB.

An accommodation space is defined in the base portion and communicates with the passageway. A terminal is received in the passageway and the accommodation space and is connected physically and electrically to an inner conductor of a coaxial cable. A shell includes a sleeve portion accommodating the base portion and the tubular portion of the housing and an outer cover portion. Two arms extend from two sides of an upper portion of the sleeve portion. Each of the arms defines a hook at a tip thereof. The outer cover portion defines two retaining grooves at two sides thereof for holding the two hooks when the shell holds the coaxial cable.

    Abstract: A card connector includes an insulating housing, a plurality of terminals received in the insulating housing, a preventing member and an ejecting device. The insulating housing has a base portion. Two sidewalls extend upward from both sides of the base portion and a rear wall extends upward from the rear of the base portion. The sidewalls and the rear wall define a chamber therebetween for receiving a card. The preventing member is configured at one side of the insulating housing and has a base bar extending longitudinally. Two ends of the base bar protrude into the chamber to form a pair of propping sections for elastically propping one side of the card. The ejecting device is configured at the other side of the insulating housing opposite to the preventing member for operably withdrawing the card from the card connector.
