    Abstract: Aquatic environment monitoring devices, systems and methods are provided. An aquatic vehicle includes a body supporting a drive sub-system configured to drive the aquatic vehicle along a travel path, at least one sensor configured to obtain a plurality of sensor data points at a plurality of different locations along the travel path, a GPS module configured to track movement of the aquatic vehicle along the travel path, and a microcontroller configured to compile the sensor data points with GPS location data corresponding to a location where each of the sensor data points was obtained. A remote computer is configured to receive the compiled data from the microcontroller and, based thereon, provide an output correlating the sensor data points with the GPS location data.

The rolling device includes a fourth roller set having pressing patterns identical to surface patterns of the printing layer, and the registration system has a first sensor, a tension regulator, and a second sensor. The first sensor is disposed on a delivery path of the printing layer which corresponds to the first sensor and has multiple positioning points. A length between a first positioning point and a second positioning point depends on a perimeter of the fourth roller set so as to form a print unit, and the first sensor is configured to sense the multiple positioning points and to transmit sensed signals to the electronic control unit.

    Abstract: A roll forming device for plastic flooring utilizes a printed layer unwinding mechanism, a wear-resisting unwinding mechanism and a calender to laminate a substrate layer formed by an extruder, a printed layer and a wear-resisting layer into a whole. The calender includes a gauging roller group, a pre-bonding roller group and a laminating roller group disposed on a rack. The gauging roller group, which is disposed at one side of the pre-bonding roller group and linearly opposite to a discharge port of the extruder. The pre-bonding roller group includes a large roller and a plurality of guide rollers disposed around the large roller, and at least one first heating unit is disposed in the large roller or a position corresponding to an outer edge of the roller surface. The laminating roller group, which is disposed at the other side of the pre-bonding roller group.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a movable laminator and a plastic flooring laminating device applied by same. A laminating mechanism, a driving mechanism and a conveying mechanism assembled on a rack compose the laminator which can make continuous reciprocating movements. The movable laminator is then disposed in an automatic production line for plastic flooring to cooperate with an extruder, a rolling unit and a drawing mechanism to laminate a plastic flooring material composed of a substrate layer, a printed layer and a wear-resisting layer into a finished plastic flooring product in an automatic operation manner. Because the time of the lamination of the material by the movable laminator can match the speed at which the material is conveyed and moved, the laminating mechanism is driven by the second power source to move from the front section position to the rear section position on the rack.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating an article from a blank of material (e.g., aluminum alloy sheet) having anisotropic deformation properties, with tooling which has been designed by predicting flow and deformation of the blank using an analysis which decouples the anisotropic deformation properties of the blank. The method calculates the response of a small amount of the blank using crystal plasticity theory. The blank can be represented as a mesh having a plurality of elements. A strain path is predicted for each element using finite element analysis (FEA), and a stress-strain curve is defined for each element by performing a material point simulator (MPS) calculation for each element using its respective strain path. A second FEA is then carried out on the elements using the respective stress-strain curve for each element. The stress-strain curve for each element may be defined by assigning to each element a curve which lies between an upper bound curve and a lower bound curve, using various methods.
