Abstract: An array base plate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The array base plate includes a display area and a non-display area arranged adjacently. The array base plate includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer located on the substrate and including a plurality of semiconductor portions distributed in an array along a first direction and a second direction; and one or more electrostatic protection portions each including a connection end and a free end opposing to each other, the connection end being connected with at least one of the semiconductor portions, and the free end extending from the connection end to the non-display area. In the present application, the electrostatic protection performance of the array base plate can be effectively improved by arranging the electrostatic protection portions.

The array substrate includes: a substrate; a patterned shielding layer, having a fixed potential, arranged on one side of the substrate, and includes multiple shielding units connected to each other; and a driving circuit layer, arranged on one side of the shielding layer away from the substrate and comprising multiple driving transistors. An orthographic projection of each of the plurality of driving transistors projected on the shielding layer at least partially covers a corresponding one of the shielding units.

Abstract: Provided is a phase-locked loop circuit, a method for configuring the same, and a communication device. The phase-locked loop circuit includes a phase-locked loop main circuit and a phase temperature compensation circuit. The phase temperature compensation circuit includes at least one phase delay unit connected to the phase-locked loop main circuit and configured to generate a phase shift as a result of a temperature change for cancelling out a phase shift generated by the phase-locked loop main circuit as a result of a temperature change.

Abstract: A method for updating a recommendation model based on artificial intelligence includes: acquiring sample user data and sample recommendation object data, the sample recommendation object data including data related to sample media objects; generating model updating sample characteristics according to the sample user data and the sample recommendation object data, the model updating sample characteristics including sub-characteristics of at least two characteristic dimensions; inputting the model updating sample characteristics into the recommendation model to update the recommendation model, the recommendation model updated performing recommendation on media objects, and performing local sparsification on model parameters meeting a model sparsification condition in response to determining that the corresponding model parameters of the sub-characteristics in the model updating sample characteristics meet the model sparsification condition in the process of updating the recommendation model.
