The arthroscopic cannula includes a cannula body, a spacer provided inside the cannula body and extending axially along the cannula body to divide an internal space of the cannula body into a first chamber and a second chamber, and a joint connected to one end of the cannula body. The interior of the joint intercommunicates with the first chamber and the second chamber.
