    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a process for producing a peanut milk product, which includes subjecting a milk material to a hydrolysis reaction with lactase and transglucosidase to obtain a milk product, immersing peanut kernels in water to obtain swelled peanut kernels, subjecting the swelled peanut kernels to a steam cooking treatment to obtain steamed peanut kernels, and admixing the milk product with the steamed peanut kernels, followed by subjecting a mixture thus obtained to a heating treatment, so as to obtain the peanut milk product. A method for improving gut health using the peanut milk product and a canned food containing the peanut milk product are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A clamp body includes a first clamping member and a clamping seat that are integrally formed together, a pivot hole formed in the clamping seat, and a second clamping member pivotally connected to the pivot hole. Also included are an elongated through hole formed in the first clamping member, a circular arc wall extending from the elongated through hole and gradually shallowing from a depth, a position-limiting axle between inside wall surfaces of the second clamping member, a tightness adjusting assembly including a rounded-head pushing rod, and a rotation assembly for coupling the clamp body and the holder. As such, the clamp body that has one arm to fix and one arm to move could improve stability of clamping. The arrangement of the elongated through hole and the circular arc wall gradually shallowing from a depth is used to reduce a size of the tightness adjusting assembly projecting to outside.

With the above structural arrangement, by means of clamping members that are integrally formed and mutual jointing of the tenon sections, the structural strength and clamping force of the clamp body are improved. The position-constraining screw and the position-constraining threaded hole function to maintain a spacing distance of the clamping sections and increase the strength of the second clamping member.

    Abstract: A vehicle-use foldable beverage holder that includes a mounting plate, a base plate, a left clip arm, a right clip arm, and a clip arm rod. The mounting plate has a hole or an elongated hole in each of the two lateral walls of the mounting plate body, and there is a rearward detent at the lower end of the elongated hole. The base plate has a hole in each of the two containment edges of the base plate body. A support connecting rod that is a movable linkage structure including an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod, or which may consist of a single strip. The top end of the upper connecting rod of the support connecting rod is actively linked to a hole in the lateral wall of the mounting plate body, and the lower end of the lower connecting rod is linked to a hole in the containment edge of the base plate body. Therefore, the support connecting rod is maintained in a stationary configuration of approximately 130 degrees in between the mounting plate and the base plate.
