  • Patent number: 11095026
Abstract: The disclosure provides a communication device including a ground plane, an antenna and an extended grounding structure. The ground plane has a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The antenna is disposed at the first side and has a first feeding end. The extended grounding structure is disposed at the second side and includes a connection portion and a symmetrical structure. The symmetrical structure is electrically connected to the ground plane via the connection portion, wherein the symmetrical structure is symmetrical along a symmetry axis, and an extension line of the symmetry axis passes through the first side and the second side. The disclosure can effectively prevent antenna efficiency from being degraded due to an insufficient size of the ground plane, so as to significantly enhance communication quality.

  • Patent number: 10122093
Abstract: A dipole array antenna includes a plurality of antenna units including a first radiator and a second radiator. The first radiator includes first and second arms extending toward a first direction, the second radiator includes third and fourth arms extending toward an opposite of the first direction. A first current route of the first radiator includes a first direct trace extending from the first transmission line toward at least a quarter of the first arm and the second arm, and a first meandering trace extending from the first direct trace to at most three quarters of the first arm and the second arm. A second current route of the second radiator includes a second direct trace and a second meandering trace with similar layout as the first current route of the first radiator.

  • Patent number: 10037308
Abstract: A method for updating a page of an electronic device is provided. The page includes a first row and a second row. Each of the first row and the second row includes one or two tiles. Each tile comprises a picture. The method comprises the following steps. After an update that results in insertion of a plurality of new tiles into the page occurs, three new tiles of the plurality of new tiles are displayed by using either a first tile layout or a second tile layout in a third row and a fourth row. The number of tiles in the third row is one and the number of tiles in the fourth row is two in the first tile layout. The number of tiles in the third row is two and the number of tiles in the fourth row is one in the second tile layout.

  • Publication number: 20170193456
Abstract: An electronic device and a calendaring method thereof are provided. The electronic device comprises a transceiver, a display screen, an input unit and a processor, wherein the processor electrically connected with the transceiver, the display screen and the input unit. The transceiver receives an activity event from a server, wherein the activity event contains an activity time and an activity content. The display screen displays the activity event and a button on a user interface of an activity application. The input unit receives an input event corresponding to the button. The processor calendars the activity event into a date of a calendar application corresponding to the activity time.

  • Patent number: 5630759
Abstract: A device used with billiard table for sensing balls dropping into the pockets and scoring as well as collecting and arranging the balls. The device is mounted under the dropping opening of the collecting ball rail of the billiard table for sensing the balls hit down into the pocket and automatically scoring as well as locating the balls at the location in the ball holding tray. After all the balls on the table are hit down, sensed and rendered in the ball holding tray, the device automatically re-arranges the balls at the preset triangular location on the billiard table for next game.
