    Abstract: A ratcheting tool including a handle formed with an integral yoke at a first end and a tool head coupled to the yoke at a pivot. The tool head has a toothed hub facing rearwardly of the pivot and into the yoke. A locking spool is rotatably carried in the yoke adjacent the toothed hub. The locking spool has a first face, a second face, and a first tooth extending along both the first face and the second face and engaging the toothed hub. The locking spool is rotatable between a first position in which the first face is adjacent the toothed hub, thereby locking the tool head in a selected angular position with respect to the handle, and a second position in which the second face is adjacent the toothed hub such that the tool head is pivotable about the pivot.

The pawl defines a plurality of teeth facing the gear and engages a reversing lever that urges the pawl between the first and second positions. The detent urges the pawl between the first and second position by engaging the walls of a recess in the back of the pawl.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a coordinate detecting method for a touch panel. Firstly, a plurality of X-axis and Y-axis I/O ports are converted to a plurality of X-axis and Y-axis scanning wires respectively by orthogonal method. Polling signals are transmitted to X-axis I/O ports, and are transmitted to the X-axis scanning wires; According to the polling signals, a plurality of X-axis detection signals are stored. A largest X-axis detection signal and a second largest X-axis detection signal are determined by compared method so as to calculate a X coordinate position of the sensor pen touching the touch panel. The steps are repeated to calculate the Y coordinate position of the sensor pen touching on the touch panel. According to the coordinate detecting method of the invention, the number of the I/O ports can be reduced, and the resolution of the touch panel can be improved.
