Abstract: A respiratory function testing system includes an air transforming device, a sound reception device and an operation device. The air transforming device is configured to collect exhaled and/or inhaled air for a predetermined period and generate a wide frequency range sound signal according to the collected respired air. The wide frequency range sound signal at least contains an ultrasonic signal. The sound reception device is configured to receive and record the wide frequency range sound signal as an audio file. The operation device is in communication with the sound reception device and is configured to receive and compute the audio file to generate a respiratory function parameter. Besides, the recorded wide frequency range sound signal may be converted into a spectrogram for further applications, and the computation of the audio file can be replaced by analyzing the spectrogram. A respiratory function testing method corresponding to the respiratory function testing system is also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in content providing, searching and/or hosting systems supported by or configured with devices, servers and/or platforms. The disclosed systems and methods provide a novel recommendation framework that automatically applies transfer learning from a knowledge-base and generating a multi-variable based unified recommendation. The framework dynamically develops a universal word dictionary between a source language and a target language based on Natural Language Processing (NLP word embeddings. This not only leverages the accuracy of multi-lingual product embeddings, but also increases the efficiency and effectiveness in how it can be applied. The disclosed systems and methods, therefore, provides a novel computerized solution for how different knowledges learnt from one electronic platform can be adapted to a global platform for providing global users electronic information.

Abstract: A network device discovery method receives registration information from the network devices which are registered to the cloud device, and generates a management list for recording the registration information and a management status of each of the registered network devices. When a request of searching for specified network devices of a specified network manager from a specified client device is received, the discovery method retrieves specified network devices managed by the specified network manager from the management list. The discovery method further searches for target network devices which have the same public Internet Protocol (IP) addresses with the specified network devices, and presents one or more target network devices which have not been managed by any network manager to the specified client device for the specified network manager.

Abstract: A method for expanding storage space using a network device is provided. The method sets a storage order of cloud storage space for expanding a local storage space in the network device. When target data is received from the network device, the method stores the target data into the local storage space when a size of an available storage space of the local storage space is more than or equal to a preset value. When the available storage space is less than the preset value, the method copies the earliest stored data of the local storage space into one or more specified cloud storage spaces according to the storage order, and deletes the copied data from the local storage space. The next earliest stored data is copied if the available storage space is still less than the preset value.
