Abstract: A label creating method for creating labels to be attached to checked fixtures comprises these steps: providing a label creating system (100), which includes a database module (40) storing relational parameters and data of the checked fixtures, and a server module (30) connected to the database module; sending acquiring instruction to the server module; acquiring relational parameters and data of a checked fixture stored in the database module; creating printing instruction according to the relational parameters and data; and printing labels according to the printing instruction.

The database module stores computer aided design (CAD) drawings of the checked workpieces. The database module and the server module are connected to each other via the connecting module. The server module is connected to the database module and includes an inquiry module and a processor module. The inquiry module inquires the CAD drawings of each checked workpiece and acquires relational parameters of the checked workpieces from the CAD drawings. The processor module processes the parameters acquired by the inquiry module, and the server module creates an assessment according to the parameters and data processed by the processor module.

The loading module is configured for transmitting the electronic inventory documents to the database. The processing module includes a calculating module (3041), an analysis module (3043), and an alert module (3044). The calculating module is configured for calculating a safety stock amount of the raw material. The analysis module is configured for generating an analysis signal indicating whether an on-hand inventory amount of the raw material is balanced, by comparing the on-hand inventory amount with the safety stock amount. The alert module is configured for generating an alert based on the analysis signal. An inventory management method is also provided.
