    Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, non-transitory computer readable storage media, and systems that utilize image-guided model inversion of an image classifier with a discriminator. The disclosed systems utilize a neural network image classifier to encode features of an initial image and a target image. The disclosed system also reduces a feature distance between the features of the initial image and the features of the target image at a plurality of layers of the neural network image classifier by utilizing a feature distance regularizer. Additionally, the disclosed system reduces a patch difference between image patches of the initial image and image patches of the target image by utilizing a patch-based discriminator with a patch consistency regularizer. The disclosed system then generates a synthesized digital image based on the constrained feature set and constrained image patches of the initial image.

    Abstract: A coated member, an electronic device, and a method for manufacturing the coated member are provided. The coated member comprises a substrate, a color layer formed on a surface of the substrate, and an interference layer formed on a surface of the color layer. A coordinate L* corresponding to a color space presented by the color layer in a CIE LAB color system is within a preset range. When the coordinates of L* are within the preset range, the color of the coated member may be the same or may be different from the color of the color layer. Light passes through the interference layer and then enters the color layer. The color layer reflects and refracts the light. The reflected light enters the interference layer. The interference layer interferes with the reflected light, so that the coated member appears to be a target color.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for detecting the mutation and methylation of tumor-specific genes in ctDNA, and this method can simultaneously detect the mutation (including point mutation, insertion-deletion mutation, HBV integration and other mutation forms) and/or methylation of tumor-specific genes in ctDNA in one sample. Not only the sample size requirement is low, but the MC library prepared by this method can support 10-20 subsequent detections. The results of each test can represent the mutation status of all the original ctDNA specimens and the methylation modification status of the region covered by the restriction sites, without reducing the sensitivity and specificity. The present invention has important clinical significance for early tumor screening, disease tracking, efficacy evaluation, prognosis prediction and the like, and has great application value.

The systems disclosed herein can additionally compare the probabilities to accurately determine whether the one or more entries include errors therein. The systems disclosed herein may apply to a variety of different sizes and types of tables to identify different types of common errors within input tables.

The steel has a special microstructure, and the microstructure comprises a rare earth-rich nanocluster having a diameter of 1-50 nm. The nanocluster has the same crystal structure type as a matrix. The rare earth-rich nanocluster inhibits the segregation of the elements S, P and As on a grain boundary, and obviously improves the fatigue life of the steel. In addition, a rare-earth solid solution also directly affects a phase change dynamics process so that the diffusion-type phase change starting temperature in the steel changes at least to 2° C., and even changes to 40-60° C. in some kinds of steel, thereby greatly improving the mechanical properties thereof, and providing a foundation for the development of more kinds of high-performance steel.
