Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) is disclosed. A dielectric layer is deposited over a substrate and a hard mask (HM) layer is deposited over the dielectric layer. A line-like opening is formed in the HM layer and a line-end opening are then formed in the HM layer to connect to the line-like opening at the end of the line-like opening. The dielectric layer is etched through the line-like opening and the line-end opening to form a dielectric trench and a conductive line is formed in the dielectric trench.

Abstract: A method, an electronic device, and a user interface for on-demand detecting a malware are provided and adapted for estimating whether an application has vulnerabilities or malicious behaviors. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, evaluating a risk level and a test time of the application which has vulnerabilities or malicious behaviors. Next, detecting the application by selection of user to estimate the risk level of the application which has vulnerabilities or malicious behaviors and then correspondingly generating a detection result. Therefore, the method, the electronic device, and the user interface for on-demand detecting the malware can detect the risk level of the application which has vulnerabilities or malicious behaviors before getting virus pattern of the variant or new malware.

A barrier layer is disposed on sidewalls of each conductive feature and on a bottom surface of the via portion of each conductive feature. The barrier layer includes a dielectric layer. A first insulating material layer is disposed beneath a portion of the conductive line portion of each conductive feature. A second insulating material layer is disposed between the conductive features. A third insulating material layer is disposed beneath the first insulating material layer and the second insulating material layer. A lower portion of the via portion of each of the conductive features is formed within the third insulating material layer.

The scene server acquires the media data and the target scene time, and according to an alignment result of the target scene time and each piece of the scene time information, extracts local scene clips from the media data to form a piece of media division data.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of forming pore sealing layer for porous low-k dielectric interconnects. The method is performed by removing hard mask layer before pore sealing and/or applying pore sealing layer before etching etch stop layer (ESL). These methods at least have advantages that aspect ratio is improved, line distortion introduced by the hard mask layer is avoided, and critical dimension is less affected by pore sealing layer.
