Abstract: An accessory mounting system configured to be supported by a furniture item, the accessory mounting system comprises a sleeve and a support member. The sleeve includes a body that is movable between a closed position and an open position. The body has a periphery partially surrounding a longitudinal axis and terminating at radial ends. The body has a pair of first features each positioned adjacent one of the radial ends. The support member includes a support portion and a sleeve engaging portion having a pair of second features configured to engage the pair of first features. In the closed position, a gap having a first size is formed between the pair of first features, and the pair of second features engages the pair of first features to hold the body in the closed position. In the open position, the gap has a second size larger than the first size.

Abstract: A composition comprising at least three probiotic microorganisms, at least three prebiotic compounds, and polymnia sonchifolia root juice. The probiotic microorganisms are preferably derived from at least lactococcus lactis, lactobacillus acidophilus, and lactobacillus casei. The prebiotic compounds are preferably derived from at least curcuma longa (turmeric) root extract, beta vulgaris (beet) root extract, and chicory root extract. The composition may also include lactic acid as a byproduct of fermentation by lactococcus lactis. The composition may be encapsulated allowing it to adhere to and remain on the skin more effectively and longer than without encapsulation.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are novel methods for hydrolyzing eggshell membrane (ESM). In one embodiment, the method includes cultivating thermophilic bacteria in a solution containing 1-10% (wt %) ESM to decompose the ESM into the ESM hydrolysate; wherein, the thermophilic bacteria grow on the ESM as their sole source of nutrient. In another embodiment, the method includes treating ESM with a keratinase in the presence of a reducing agent at a condition sufficient to produce the ESM hydrolysate, in which the keratinase, the reducing agent, and the ESM are present in a weight ratio of 1:120:600. The thus produced ESM hydrolysate is enriched in essential amino acids, collagen, peptides and glycosaminoglycans.

Abstract: A method for isolating curcuminoids from turmeric rhizome includes the steps of a) subjecting the turmeric rhizome to extraction with a first ethanol solution having an ethanol concentration ranging from 90% to 100% at a stirring speed ranging from 100 rpm to 300 rpm so as to obtain an ethanol-extracted product; and b) subjecting the ethanol-extracted product to crystallization with a second ethanol solution having an ethanol concentration ranging from 90% to 100 at a temperature ranging from 2° C. to 8° C. and a stirring speed ranging from 40 rpm to 300 rpm so as to obtain the curcuminoids.

Abstract: A Strap binder storage box which comprising a storage box body with multiple storage compartments, each storage compartment comprising a strap storage slot, a binder body storage compartment and a hook storage compartment. The strap storage compartment is in an elongated shape, the binder body storage compartment and the hook storage compartment are positioned at the opening and the two ends of the strap storage slot respectively. Wherein, the strap binder which comprising a binder body, and a primary strap and a secondary strap. When storing, the primary and the secondary strap are placed in the strap storage slot, the hook on the primary and the secondary strap are stacked on top of another and then extended into a hook cover of the hook storage compartment, and then are secured by a coupling piece that couples with coupling slots arranged on the strap storage slot.
