    Abstract: A piezoelectric loudspeaker includes an oscillator, two damping members and a plurality of terminals which are disposed in a loudspeaker box. The oscillator includes a plate and two piezoelectric members coupled to two sides of the plate. The oscillator is disposed in an accommodation trough of the loudspeaker box, and has a fixed end and a free end. The damping members are made of silicone and disposed in the accommodation trough. The damping members are pressed against an edge of the free end of the plate of the oscillator. The terminals are connected with the plate and the piezoelectric members of the oscillator, respectively. Through the damping members, the present invention provides a better shock absorption effect to effectively reduce the noises caused by the free end of the oscillator and to effectively enhance the tone.

    Abstract: A system and method instantly on-site analyze seismic acceleration signals measured from a primary wave of an earthquake and at a detecting site. The system includes an embedded computing host and a signal preprocessing module. Hardware preprocessing is executed on the seismic acceleration signals; and whether the earthquake is a seismic event is able to be determined according to a seism determining logic. Seismic acceleration signals are converted into ground velocities and ground displacements to obtain a peak ground displacement. A seismic fracture time parameter is calculated through the ground velocities and ground displacements and then a seismic magnitude of the earthquake is obtained. According to the peak ground displacement and the seismic magnitude, an epicentral distance is further calculated. Then a peak ground acceleration of the earthquake's shear wave at the detection site is able to be obtained through the seismic magnitude and the epicentral distance.

    Abstract: A safety syringe has a barrel, a pushing element, a retracting element, and a needle group. The barrel is hollow and has a needle-group mounting end, an operating grip end, and a barrel lumen. The pushing element is retractably mounted in the barrel lumen and has a pushrod chamber. The retracting element is airtightly and slidably mounted in the pushrod chamber. The needle group is connected to the needle-group mounting end of the barrel. The present invention can pull the retracting element to move relative to the pushing element to form a low pressure condition in the pushrod chamber as a vacuum status. After the injection, a vacuum attraction force in the pushrod chamber can retract the used needle group into the pushrod chamber for safe use of the safety syringe.

An oscillation frequency control circuit (140) stabilizes the frequency of the signal (130) in a preset frequency range by a tuning signal (160). The tuning is completed until both of the amplitude and the frequency of the oscillation signal meet the preset ranges.
