    Abstract: Base plates of a substrate retainer transportation mechanism are provided with damping members to assist elastic members in damping and limiting movement of the substrate retainer transportation mechanism when the substrate transportation mechanism is subjected to unwanted external forces, e.g., seismic forces. By damping and limiting movement of the substrate retainer transportation mechanism, undesirable damage to substrates contained in a substrate retainer being carried by the substrate retainer transport mechanism can be minimized.

    Abstract: The ventilation system for a computer case housing electronic components and cables contains a casing member, an air admission device, an air exhaust device, a first storage space, a second storage space, and a partition board. The air admission device is configured on a first side and the air exhaust device is configured on a second side of the casing member. The partition board is in the first storage space or between the first and second storage spaces. The first storage space is for the placement of the electronic components. The second storage space is for the placement of the cables. Air is drawn into the first storage space by the air admission device. Heat from the electronic components is carried by the air and expelled out of the casing member by the air exhaust device so as to achieve superior cable concealment and enhanced ventilation simultaneously.

    Abstract: A semiconductor process includes the following steps. A dielectric layer having a recess is formed on a substrate. A barrier layer is formed to cover the recess, thereby the barrier layer having two sidewall parts. A conductive layer is formed on the barrier layer by an atomic layer deposition process, thereby the conductive layer having two sidewall parts. The two sidewall parts of the conductive layer are pulled down. A conductive material fills the recess and has a part contacting the two sidewall parts of the barrier layer protruding from the two sidewall parts of the conductive layer, wherein the equilibrium potential difference between the barrier layer and the conductive layer is different from the equilibrium potential difference between the barrier layer and the conductive material. Moreover, the present invention also provides a semiconductor structure formed by said semiconductor process.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lamp adapter, including a first adapter, a second adapter and a short-circuit. These two adapters are separately coupled between two incoming ends of T5 lamp and T8 socket. The first adapter contains a circuit board, and the second adapter is used for the coupling of the other pin pitch of the lamp. The short-circuit enables functional short-circuiting of the starter of T8 socket, so that the current from the power supply is fed from both ends of T5 lamp to highlight T5 lamp through the circuit of first and second adapters. The shunt circuit is arranged between the connecting circuit (of the input inductor and T5 lamp connector terminal) and cathode loop. The T5 lamp can be mounted onto the T8 socket without changing any structure and components, thus realizing energy-saving and environmental protection with higher intensity of illumination.
