Abstract: The present invention discloses a pair of scissors with adjustable cutting sectional angle which comprises a first limb and a second limb being pivotally connected and capable of being extended or engaged, a blade disposed at the front end of the first limb; and the pair of scissors further comprises a rotary disc base being disposed at the front end of the second limb for cutting a work piece; a rotary axle disposed at a central line of the rotary disc base and having two blocking brackets protruded from its top, and a through channel disposed at the middle of the two blocking brackets for allowing the pair of scissors to pass through; such that users can rotate the rotary disc axle to adjust the angle of the blocking bracket and the blade in order to control the cutting angle of the work piece.

Abstract: A cutter comprising a first handlebar and a second handlebar, one end of which serves as coupling end to couple handlebar and the other end comprises a first cutting section, a second cutting section and a third cutting section; a bracing section extends on top of the second handlebar; a drilling plate structure fixed on the bracing section, the drilling plate comprises a cutter groove for the cutter body to cut in and semi-arc drilling grooves corresponding to the second cutting section and the third cutting section. User can apply first cutting section and the corresponding cutter groove for V-shape opening, the second cutting section and the corresponding cutter groove to cut pipes and the second cutting section and the corresponding cutter groove to cut wires.
