Abstract: The present disclosure provides a video generation method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium. The method includes: First, a plurality of video segments are obtained based on a plurality of video regions in a video template, and then with respect to preset action features corresponding to the video template, feature recognition is performed on the video segments, and video frames corresponding to the video segments are determined based on video frames in the video segments having the preset action features; and then image compositing is performed on the plurality of video segments based on the key frames corresponding to the video segments and the display time information and the display position information of the video segments to obtain a composited result video corresponding to the video template.
