  • Publication number: 20250084274
Abstract: A curable composition includes an epoxy monomer component and an aniline-based hardener. The epoxy monomer component is a first component formed from a first epoxy monomer represented by Formula (I), or a second component including the first epoxy monomer represented by Formula (I) and a second epoxy monomer different from the first epoxy monomer represented by Formula (I), wherein each of the substituents in Formula (I) is given the definitions as set forth in the Specification and Claims. Based on 100 wt % of the epoxy monomer component, an amount of the first epoxy monomer represented by Formula (I) is not smaller than 25 wt % and less than 100 wt % and an amount of the second epoxy monomer is greater than 0% and not greater than 75 wt %. A cured product formed from the curable composition, and a method for encapsulating a semiconductor device using the curable composition are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220110820
Abstract: An air inflatable massage cushion contains: a body and a control box which is connected with the body via the multiple air tubes. The body includes multiple airbags communicating with at least one air channel via multiple air conduits, wherein a respective air channel is in connection with some of the multiple airbags, different air channels are connected with the multiple airbags which are intersected with one another. A respective one airbag does not communicate with at least one adjacent airbag so as to inflate or deflate airs in some airbags not communicate with one another via different air channels, thus inflating and deflating the airs of the airbags at different positions of the body to obtain air permeability and a massage effect.

  • Publication number: 20170027507
Abstract: A method for measuring a physical condition of an individual by using a post-exercise heart rate recovery rate is provided and, has steps of: acquiring a heart rate of the individual during a recovery period after a physical activity of the individual; calculating a heart rates recovery rate of the individual using a nonlinear regression equation, which includes a parameter representing the rate of heart rate recovery; and determining the physical condition of the individual based upon the parameter. Hereby, the accuracy of measuring the heart rate recovery rate is better than other conventional methods.
